Really good listen / narrator. I had to listen a couple of times to really get it, but after I took 2 days to prep, I lost 10 lbs in 10 days. My skin looks amazing, and my hair feels softer at the ends. I recommend the turkey meatball soup, mushroom cream soup, and cauliflower soup. I bought Vital Protein collagen powder from Sprouts to add to my coffee and used Bulletproof collagen protein with spinach and avocado for my smoothie.

Nothing new here it’s so dull and uninteresting I couldn’t even finish it
