Where is the line drawn between doing what is lawful, and doing what is right?

 

After a body is found gutted in the road, Sheriff Elven Hallie discovers the murder was collateral damage to an abduction. One that leads out of his jurisdiction. And one that pushes the boundaries of everything he stands for.

Monacan County is rooted in criminal activity, corrupt law enforcement, and most of all, superstition. Elven will do whatever it takes to find Madds, even if it means forming a partnership with the man he despises most.
