This book has helped me see how the foods I binged on was nasty. The book is repetitive, but like the author says, he is helping us undoo the commercial brain washing that junk food is good. He also seems to count carbs like rice, pasta, potatoes and bread as bad. However I am going to continue eating the wholegrain versions of these and I now have sensible portions of these rather then eat too many cards where I feel uncomfortable and bloated. This book has helped me become a new person. I still enjoy food but with a healthy relationship and palate. I have already lost 2.5 pounds and look forward to never not being able to fit into my clothes again. I am going to read more books on all the crappie food out there to bed in even more my change. Thank you to the authors for setting my free. P.s try looking at video footage of people in the 1980s and earlier. The difference in the physiques of the people compared to today is amazing. I am no longer a casualty of living in the 2020's!
