I put down my Juul after reading this and I don't plan to ever use nicotine again. Feels good to be free from addiction. I've been using nicotine (first cigarettes then switched to Juul for over 15 years. It's been a few days. I still feel kind of weird like I'm missing something or forgetting to do something but this book has taught me ways to feel happy while quitting rather than irritated or empty. So grateful for this book!
