Unabridged Audiobook
Love these stories. A couple of the Narrators could be better, but they're over all not bad. I am annoyed by the lie claiming this to be the first 6 books. Anne of Windy Poplars is skipped over to go right to Anne's House of Dreams and then Anne of Ingleside is skipped right to Rainbow Valley! Those are two of the most character building stories in the collection. Though it's my fault for not checking the over all details, this is upsetting because much of the story is missing.
Loved the story and the characters! Charming and lovely
I'm 68 and am thoroughly enjoying these stories. Wish I had read them when I was a child.
The second book narration is just horrid.
I loved these books from beginning to end!
Love them all!
Charming stories - such an insight in village life - the moral is clear and there is often a predictable outcome but the characterisation of each person intrigues and makes each story enjoyable. The first narrator was excellent, so the second book disappointed but I wouldn’t use any stronger term.
