Ok, so upon reading the comments for this book I was like “oh, I can handle a crappy male narrator - been there, done that.” Seriously, this male narrator is the worst. If you want to hear for yourself fast forward to 16mins when his first chapter starts. He sounds like a hungover surfer bro.

If you pick up the speed a bit, the man’s voice is much less annoying!

Story good. Alex Kydd’s voice not so much.

Couldn’t get into the male narrative part. It was slow and dry. The female however was great! Couldn’t finish this sadly due to my first sentence in my statement!!

I had already read the book so I knew I was in for a treat. Unfortunately, the male narrator let his side down. He sounded like he was either about to fall asleep or he was bored. Not good at all. The female narrator was great. I received this as a free gift and I am giving my honest review voluntarily
