Unabridged Audiobook
Interesting and we'll written. Easy to listen to.
There are some leaps of logic and some odd intellectual omissions, but by and large, the in-depth investigation of debt as a mixture of cultural, economic, military, and religious ingredients was eye opening and very helpful in understanding how our society is structured and how it might be improved upon.
I cut him some slack at first, but eventually the author's poor logic became inexcusable. He intermixes sound argument and reasonable conclusions with large illogical jumps via straw man, non-sequiter, and other fallacies. He also omits important historical evidence when convenient to cherry-pick facts to achieve a certain conclusion.
