Awesome Book on high performance and limit to human capabilities. I would recommend it.
Incredibly comprehensive collection of decades of credible scientific studies and real-world events, focusing on factor by factor of human endurance. Applies to all athletes, and with the wide varitey of featured sports and human adventures, should appeal to most everyone. This has informed me about so many of my own questions, such as "is a keto diet right for me?" and "are post-workout ice baths right for me?" The solid body of information in the book is a goldmine for not only athletes, but any person intersted in what makes up surpassing beyond mundane human performance.
