I loved this book. I listened to it 4x before moving forward with the series. I loved the morality, and how people change and come to understand "life". The underlying messages can be used in real life applications. My favorite book in the series thus far.

This is THE ONE. If you read or listen to any of the Sword of Truth Series, this is the series you should read. This is story I think Goodkind wanted his sequels to be, but he could never quite muster up that same beautiful story. Everyone, and I mean everyone, feels strong in the book, and at this point, this book felt more like a beautifully woven movie, especially in comparison to his previous stories, and unfortunately, the later ones too. If you want slice of life, this story has that, which is my favorite part. Do you want battles? This story brings that to the table. There is so much that I do not want ot tell about all of it, as I would be taking away from the journey people should go on.

The best book on the series. Especially in the current social climate of today. I wish I had the statue in my desk! The narrator was great. Highly recommended!

The best of all until now. There is the strength and the hope of the human greatness and beauty. The best narrator ever! Only Zed’s voice makes him seem to be ill of the lungs!

absolutely the best book. I loved the whole thing through and through. I actualy read it, so I'm not for sure on how to rate the reading of it. but the book was fantastic.
