This book has changed my life, it’s not a diet!!! Everyone can do it, start easy, and clean fast, just plan water black tea or coffee no gum or diet drinks, while fasting. I’ve lost 5 kg and eat what I want in my fasting window!! I haven’t eaten so freely in years!! Ok I’ll got more to lose ,but I know it will happen!!!Thanks Gin.
Love this book! I am so excited for a lifestyle change that I can actually do for a life time. Gin makes the book fun, interesting and full of information!
If I’d never heard of IF before then this may have been a more engaging book for me. The author says she was an elementary school teacher rather than a scientist and this comes out in her work stylistically. It’s very “chatty” and impressively repetitive. I skipped a lot of it because the redundancy made it boring for me.
Clear, well researched information on intermittent fasting. A balanced perspective with links to research articles.
What a powerful, life changing book. It is one I could listen to daily. The author Gin, narrates it as if I am just listening to a friend. I highly recommend!

Interesting and useful. Author spent too much time on the science. Made parts of the book very dull and monotonous. Did not like the narration. It felt unnatural and a bit elementary in the dictation
