Unabridged Audiobook
Who can knock the NYPSD team? Dallas, Peabody, Feeney, McNabb, and even Morris prove their salt in this Death installment. And Roarke - sigh. Great story, fabulous action - in and out of the bedroom. Another worthy entry from Ms. Robb!
This series was great in print and I am loving it again in audio. Wish I had Roarke!
This is a fantastic series and so unlike the other books Nora Roberts writes. Susan Ericksen does a wonderful job with all the different accents and changes her voice to help create a picture of the characters. I am in awe of her talent.
"Glory..." is another Robb success! The futuristic setting, the tension between Roarke and Dallas as their relationship develops, the development of Peabody and the suspensful and devestating actions of the characters all contribute to a story that is very difficult to put down once you start to read it!!. One can almost see, hear and smell what is occurring and, as events progress, you HAVE to find out what is going to happen next. It is not the trite, boilerplate genre, although it does have some of those characteristics since everyone wants a reasonable happy ending, but there are enough differences that one is kept guessing. I loved this book and will continue to read the series as I can get them.
Wonderful, I can’t wait to get to the next story. I’m so wrapped up in Dallas and Roarke’s story I will just cry if anyone dies.
Exciting futuristic series. Keeps you engaged to the very end.
amazing, good story line
Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can just feel the story, love, sadness, hate all of it. Susan does an amazing job bring the characters to life. And as always Nora draws you in and makes you want more.
I love this series!
I am a big fan of J.B. Robb and the Eve Dallas saga, but this was not one of my favorites. It started O.K., but the ending was rather lame.
I enjoy reading JD Robb's death series, but had a liitle problem with all the cursing in the audio book. I do not know if their was more of it in this book, or if when it is on the written page that I tend to overlook the language. The book overall was exciting and kept me on the edge guessing who the murderer was.
This is the best series ever, once I start on one I can't put it down until it's done.
J.D. Robb (Roberts) has done it again. This is the second book of hers I have heard "read" and I love how the story is different but sorta the same too. Very exciting; never know who did what until right at the end. I am excited to get the next of hers on my list.
Fantastic! Great narrator and super story. I love all of J.D. Robb's books - I've read them all and it's fun to have them read to me for a change of pace.
