This was a fantastic book! i would recommend it to everyone. i think it covers some great topics. It brought a lot of insight to me and my life and gave me the space to rethink some toxic relationships. Even if you don’t consider yourself spiritual, this book has a lot of positive ways you can improve yourself and your life.
