Abridged Audiobook
Great book for anyone on the path of understanding the mind body connection.
Totally changed the way I think about pain. I’m writing this review 5 months after reading this book and my tendonosis of 15years has now almost gone. This was simply due to the message in this book giving me the confidence to get out there and use my ankles, knowing that the pain was not damaging me at all.
It's an interesting concept, but not enough information on how to overcome it. Watch Nichol Sachs YouTube or podcasts for concrete steps to heal.
This book proves to be a life changer. The author gives you a new perspective in chronic pain that if you realize the benefit you get, you can see things under a new perspective. I know now how i will get rid of my chronic back pain.
must know
This is a great book and very well narrated.
To match technical, and not practical
looney stuff. this guy has lost touch with reality
I liked how the author presented his case studies and how detailed he went in explaining each patient condition. What I would have liked is solutions to the problems. He did not provide any solutions. He would say” pain is worse when you can’t get over resentment or depression or some other emotional problem.
ill see if works or not
I am going to try my hardest to implement the teachings of this book. But 70 percent of this book is him talking about the people he has cured. 25 percent is him explaining what TMS is, and maybe 5 percent is actually devoted to fixing TMS.
