WOW, what a brilliant audiobook, starting off with the audio quality; it must be the best quality i have heard from an audiobook in a long time. What an amazing book, Georgia Bolton really pulled the rabbit out of the hat on this one everybody. The first three chapter explain to you what intermittent fasting is, how it will change your life and how you can apply it to you life whether you travel, a full time mom or are bust at work. Then she goes into the best in-depth strategies about intermittent fasting and how you can become prepared for faults that may occur. Overall this audiobook is brilliant and i cannot recommend it anymore for beginners.
