Unabridged Audiobook
This is a good book to understand the basics of Keto and get you started.
I think this book is very in depth. They really break down what each process is doing and how to be the most effective with your IF with Keto. The one thing I did not care for was their opinions on extended fasting. They quote all these studies about effects of fasting and keto on an individual and their body but failed to research the positive effects of longer fasts. There have been so many studies on extended fasting, it is proven. Overall a good resource.
