Summary
Stella Lane thinks math is the only thing that unites the universe. She comes up with algorithms to predict customer purchases—a job that has given her more money than she knows what to do with as well as way less experience in the dating department than the average thirty-year-old. It doesn’t help that she has Asperger’s and that French kissing reminds her of a shark getting its teeth cleaned by pilot fish. She decides that she needs lots of practice—with a professional—which is why she hires escort Michael Phan. The Vietnamese-Swedish stunner can’t afford to turn down Stella’s offer, and he agrees to help her check off all the boxes on her lesson plan—from foreplay to more-than-missionary position... Before long, Stella not only learns to appreciate his kisses but also to crave all of the other things he’s making her feel. Their no-nonsense partnership starts making a strange kind of sense. And the pattern that emerges convinces Stella that love is the best kind of logic.

I really appreciated reading a book whose protagonist are Asian and who represents the Autism Spectrum. I enjoyed this book a lot will recommend it to my friends!

I’m sad to say I couldn’t finish this. Although I really tried. The story starts off ok, but quickly loses momentum and becomes pretty repetitive. The narrator is ok, but it is a little like having soft porn read to you by gossip girl.

This book was not what I had expected. Not really my thing reading soft porn.

The author's ability to bring scenes to life in my head made this an enjoyable listen. I struggled with the narrator's male voices. But the writing was so good, I couldn't stop listening, picking it back up every chance I got.

This book seems ridiculous at first and the typical Asian family banter could be annoying too (listening as an Asian person). But … it got better when the story developed. I’m sure some people could resonate with the difficulties Stella (the main character) faced in life. Give this book a try and be patient with the rocky beginning.

Quirky and cute. Not the best, but I loved the idea

This book was the book that I simply devoured in 2 days between work and family obligations. I would make a perfect beach read, or listen in this case. It was awesome to hear that the main character was a female with autism. The author either thoroughly did her research, or she has someone very close to her that is autistic as well. To know the ins and outs of autism and how rare it is for females to be diagnosed with it, anyway, it was absolutely spot on and warmed my heart to hear the lead character thriving on her own. This is a cute and funny story, at times a little heated. The author sure can write a good love scene. I knew that this was one of the main character's issues however, I could have done without so much of it in the book while I was listening to it. my own fault when I didn't have headphones on and my 14 year old was around. Oops! It is predictable, cute, funny, hot and totally worth the listen. Go ahead, download the book, put your headphones on or your earbuds in, get on that plane and enjoy your flight a whole lot more than any other passenger. Find a great spot on the beach, plant your butt in the sand, put your sunscreen on and enjoy the listen. Just remember to keep hydrated and reapply your sunscreen.

I thought the story was good and wrapped in a main character on the autism spectrum but it did start to drag and become repetitive. And quite frankly very steamy (pornographic) without warning. This would not be appropriate for a teen audience. The title can be misleading so be careful if you have a teen reader.

Really enjoyed this and I don't usually read contemporary romance. Makes me want to get a male escort lol. Just kidding.

Well, it is .... sometimes absolutely funny, and sometimes almost uncomfortably "detailed". But maybe I'm just a little bit too old (fashioned) for this book ... or just I've never read topics like this. I am sure, that if you are in your 30's, it is gonna be pure fun.

Not my normal type of read, but the development of the Stella character was interesting.

Really glad I picked this as a VIP book. Great story with characters who are more than two dimensional and who I cared about in the story. Good narration too.
