Unabridged Audiobook
If you are not really into military action stories, this may be tedious. Lots of talk about uniforms, weapons, rank, etc. I found the idea of Asiatic crime syndicates rising up from the ashes of social collapse pretty compelling, but the overall story arc of "badass soldier on a long-shot mission" struck me as a bit Rambo-esque. I also didn't really buy some of the tech conceits, especially neural interfaces. But if you are or have been a soldier, you may well like it a lot more than I did.
