Unabridged Audiobook
I did not like it all!
Really enjoying the practical steps to prioritizing what I care about with a process similar to Marie Kondo's approach to tidying, which I also found very helpful!
Definitely recommend her first book but not this one. It's a waste of time and repetitive.
The worst, useless advices ever! As if a teenage guy advicingyou how to treat your classmates. Wasted my money on this book!
This book lit a serious fire under my a$$. I seldom re-read books but this one I definitely will!
If you're looking for anything practical, look elsewhere. The whole shtick is a woman cussing for the sake of cussing. It's laughable for a minute, then boring.
To much f*ck in one phrase ..it ruins the learning if any and hearing experience .
Hilarious and exactly what you need to hear if you're a control freak who is drowning in a sea of obligation like I am. It's the pep talk I needed going into wedding season when everyone is demanding my time and energy. I plan on re-listening to this whenever I need a reminder to not overextend myself.
Totally enjoyed this book. Eventually you desensitize yourself to the F bombs thrown every other sentence. Practical application for freeing up more time in your life, and not giving an F about doing so. Just be careful about becoming a total asshole doing so. )
It all seems quite selfish to me, yes you should cut out people who frustrate you and annoy you, but the point behind life is to be selfless, and bring joy to others. Listened to half an hour and feel this book is trying to increase selfishness
