Unabridged Audiobook
Great book it got me deep in my emotions
Why does the narrator sound consistently constipated and anxious? I understand that she tried to have "intense" emotions, but it came across like she can only be seriously depressed or like she is being choked while reading the book. The entire book sounded like someone had died... monotonous. I literally had a few eye-rolls while listening to the narration. So "deep" for no real reason at all. The story is sweet but very stereotypical and predictable. Easy to listen to no-brains-needed kind of book
I loved this book and the narrator made it even better. This is definitely more of a light hearted read, but I enjoyed it.
400+ pages of a miscommunication trope
Made me feel things I haven’t felt in years. Most beautiful story about how absence makes the heart grow fonder. Narrator was just perfect. 10/10
The narrator is awful, she sounds like an American news presenter reporting, the cadence is soooo jarring. I can’t listen any longer, I lasted 10mins! I’d rather read the book.
Great book!! Love the love story
Enjoyed it beginning to end!!
I honestly cannot listen to this narrator. The way she reads comes across insincere, sarcastic, and not believable. I think she misses the tone of the characters completely. She reads every book the same way. Your better off reading this book on your own to fully enjoy it.
EMOTIONAL. TOP FAVES.
I love. I finished it in a day
I've seen this book on Social media for so long so I gave it a chance, without reading anything about it, and honestly, it was okay, very predictable, but not bad if you just want a cute romance. The specific narrator, oh my. I see what she is trying to do, but why, throughout the whole entire book she sounds like she is constipated. The moments of lust, disappointment, dispear, shyness, literally everything is the same sound. Also the voice for men, why does it sound like they are being choked. I am sorry I am not trying to be this person, but I literally had to stop this book, because I was so annoyed with the narration.
