Summary
Mansfield Park features Austen's frailest and perhaps most scrupulous heroine, Fannie Price. As the eldest daughter in a poor family, Fannie is sent to rich relatives when she's just old enough to fully appreciate the shame of her circumstances. Without pride or prejudice, Fanny sticks to principles in all matters. And matters certainly put her to the test. (Summary by Anita)

Some of the narrators were good, some were horrible. The book itself was fine.

The book was good, but most of the narrators were awful & I only persevered because I was interested in the book. Should have only one narrator

The book is a classic so I persevered...but only a couple of the readers were adequate.

Reader was terrible

Not my favorite Austin but the story is compelling. However, the different narrators almost every chapter is VERY annoying. I had to stop listening when I got to a chapter narrated by someone who sounded like they had some kind of respiratory condition. I learned a good lesson from reading another review that mentioned books read by only one narrator. Hopefully there is another Mansfield Park that I can listen to read by only one narrator.

Love this story kept listening because it’s such an timeless book but narration at times was so difficult to get through

The book itself was wonderful, Narration was ok sometimes, other times I just pressed on with patience through the chapter.

I prefer just one narrator
