Narrator: If I cannot understand the narrator at 1.75 speed, I dont want it. She mumbles a lot. Hard to understand. Book: Didnt even make it an hour in. Its very confusing and inconsistent. She mentions she has a 3 year old and gives no other information. Doesn’t continue to include the child. Also in one part she says she was 15 when she received a book on her doorstep. Literally two minutes later she says “did I mention I was 13?” So confused.

Basically, a biography of Sadhguru , with a bit of common spiritual knowledge. I wouldn't recommend, its so full of devoted self-praise , I felt I am listening about James Bond not a spiritual master. Highly disappointing. I , me , myself is all what he says
