I really enjoyed this book. I agree is had a slow beginning but it picked up fast. I am also hoping this will become a series.

I really loved this book! I listened to it twice just to hear the male narrators voice. I love his British accent! Very well done!

The write would only write a couple of good pages then fill the rest of the book with terrible sex. If you could cut out the sex you probably on have 2 hours of listens - which it quite good. Would not recommend using a credit.

This was a great book and an easy ready.

I am not a prude but needed more plot and less sex. More chapters were devoted to describing sexual activity than developing character and plot.

Dreadful, I tried to listen as I paid for it , but in the end I couldn’t take it any more. The main character is a pompous bore.

And to think I was just looking for an escape from office drama... Don't get me wrong. I give 100% to my job from logon to logoff. I'm just an excellent multitasker. Dominic's voice and narration gave me "blue lips" quite a few times.

This book was laughable. I couldn’t stop listening though I had to see it through. In all honestly there is no character connection though. They just aren’t interesting enough. The storyline was boring. Cliche. Rich guy meets foreign abused girl, they fall in love blah blah.

I loved the second half and ending of the book. Ever since the dark betrothed entered the plot. Couldn’t put the book down. It was slow in the beginning but definitely a good book. Looking forward to the next part. As for the narration, I loved the lady who narrated the book. Her English and Albanian were spot on. The man who narrated the Mister’s thoughts was also good except when he quoted Alessia’s words in a whiny Italian cheesy accent. I wished they recorded it together so the lady narrator could quote Alesia when required.

Fabulously written. Narrators didn't lend much to the story line, but if you can over look this you will love the book. Can't wait for the sequel.

The was no mystery as to how the story was going to unfold and or end. The timeline throughout the whole story was so quick it lost its ability to make you want to believe the story or characters...... It was enjoyable on a 3 star level, but could have been so much more. EL James can do much better.

Good but slow at times.

This got started slow and I thought that I wasn't going to like it but I kept listening and the further into the story that I got , the more entranced I got into the story.

At first it stated out slow,I wasn't interested in it,but as I continued to listen to it it got better.It has some similarities of Fifty Shades,and Mister similarities like Christian.Both narrators were good.On a scale of 1thru 10,an 8,good job ELJAMES.
