Unabridged Audiobook
This is an interesting yet hard to get into book about the inner struggles of being a therapist. Some popular books relating to medicine have stories related to specific cases. This book is no exception, but where other books have the tendency to tell too much detail, this book gave almost no detail of the cases. This book ends up being a long string of antidotes and guidelines to therapists. I find my mind wandering often as this book plays and regret spending the money on it. If you are a therapist or thinking of being a therapist this book might be for you. If you are interested in what therapists do and how to improve your own well being, this is not the right book.
