Unabridged Audiobook
I love this twist. an alpha she wolf that is a danger before of her strength and power. for once a shifter book where the female isn't weak. I can get down with this.
I'm not usually keen on stories with a supernatural aspect but this one blends the human and wolf universes well, reflecting on relationships, families, secrets, traditions and politics. I enjoyed the book and the narration was also good.
my favourite book of the series
somewhat reminiscent of the Twilight saga but squeezed in one book. its pretty fun to read but is a bit amateur, a lot of things that don't make sense. No depth to the hero of the story, he's just a perfect man and gentleman, there's absolutely nothing wrong with him, which makes him a bit flat and boring, men should have flaws which make them interesting, this guy is just too not real. Also as I understand only the strongest wolves out there are allowed to mate? if you are a scrawny wolf who found your true mate any other stronger will challenge and beat you and you lose your true love??? so weak wolves aren't allowed to love? :-( overall I enjoyed the read as a fun pastime but didn't fall in love with it, I think I would've if I was 15yo, but at 34 yo it fell flat for me. plus why does it say it contains mature themes, there's practically NO SEX, those 10 words of description don't count! the narrators are pretty good though.

Great book! I think having an Alpha female is hot! Keep up yhe great work Julie! You have authors like me rallying behind you for wonderful changes against the norm in everyday works! Double thumbs up!
I really love this book I have also listen to the second book I really enjoyed the series from as far as I have listened.
Omg this series is amazing can not put it down hot hot and more hot oh and action the story is amazing love how tight the family pack one of the best books Iv read
