It reads as a note taking exercise on negotiation. Personally I think books written by people who have been behind the negotiation table and write it how they experienced it are more powerful. If you prefer more detached academic texts, maybe this will resonate with you. I guess overall it didn't hurt to listen to but it wouldn't be my first recommendation on the topic of negotiation.
