Unabridged Audiobook
This book was perfect for me, as someone who got to the end of my rope with trying to obsessively control my diet, body size and exercise unsuccessfully. This is a fantastic guide to actually taking care of myself in regards to body image, food and movement. Since, contrary to popular belief, dieting and compulsive exercise were not actually healthy for me physically or psychologically. I knew there was another way of sustainably caring for myself inside and out. I absolutely recommend this book for truth-seekers and those who value social justice as well as their health and well-being! I am also a Therapist, and HIGHLY recommend this read for Therapists and Dietitians!
This book is life changing and is exactly what I need to read as I am learning to be at peace with and connect to my body. I wish everyone I know would read it!
