I like Dr Delony's show and this book is a good addition to it. Obviously, Dr John knows what he was writung about, these steps and strategies helped him personaly to deal with one of the biggest crisis of his life. He is authentic and honest, do not spare bad news and the fact that we can deal with anxiety till a sertain point allone, but we cannot solve it fully without professional help. I can only second that. I have tried, did not work. I find this script super usefull for both parties, for those who try to give support and also for those who are struggeling with anxiety. Within few hours you can gain structured knowledge what can you do short term and give a possible strategy how to go forward. The reader can get quickly a to do list, the feeling to be able to gain back controll within. The used language is easy to understand, the text flow is very logical. Also suitable for young adultes, who have a basic understanding of mental health issues.
