Unabridged Audiobook
I read this book in its physical form first, but listening to Kit Young read it was just as magical as well. The book was a perfect prequel to SGE and filled me with joy and excitement. It was the perfect mix of magical and intrigue.
I’d be lying if i said i didn’t pick this up because of Kit narrating (and he was PHENOMENAL!) but i was also very pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed the story given that neither fairy tales nor school settings have appealed to me in a long time. The exploration of the brotherly bond between the two main characters was definitely the highlight.
Having Kit Young and a Soman Chainani book together is extremely great
