Unabridged Audiobook
This was very well read. The reader is enjoyable to listen to, very good story-telling skills. As for this Daniel Defoe classic book, I love it, at times it is repetitive, and the ending leaves me perplexed everytime. I have always felt like this book should just have ended without the wolves section. With him being rescued and eventually returning to his island to visit. But perhaps reading the 2nd and 3rd books will rememdy that feeling of a rushed ending.
The Author must have had woodcraft skills to to be so on point with what tasked needed to be accomplished and when. Really a joy to follow.
Well, it's a classic. I was surprised how engaging the listing of supplies and the descriptions of moving those supplies from one place to other could be!
A wonderful story

What a good book! And quite surprising. Very interesting details with wonderful intellectual and moral insights from this bygone era. Much food for thought. At a time when travel was so limited, it’s easy to see why this was such a popular and important book. The narrator was exemplary.
Good story. This version is unabridged, which is great!
A classical novel I listened it with pleasure , I liked the narrator with american accent.
Great story told by a great narrator.
Fantastic book. A must……
Great novel and yet again excellent reading by Mark Smith.
Adventure, survival and historic. Fantastic. Hard to put down. A taste of life and survival in the mid 17th century.
Great narrator, a gentle, calm voice perfectly suited to the story.
Mr Smith’s narration in his gentle American accent perfectly suits this book.
The best narrator ever :)
