Madeline's best friend Grace, is hard at work transforming her garden into the envy of the island with the help of a ruggedly handsome landscape architect. Before she realizes it, Grace is on the verge of a decision that will irrevocably change her life. Could Grace's crisis be Madeline's salvation? This is my fourth Elin Hilderbrand book I have listened to. I can honestly say I she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I did enjoy this book however, her other stories are better. It was a little slow for me and some of the characters were hard to get into. Overall, you should listen but have a open mind

Elin Hildebrand does it again! This book is a great escape into the trials and tribulations of Nantucket life. The story highlights how messy life can be when people start telling rumors.

The book started with a lot of promise but even at the end if felt like it was still building and then it just ended.

Just tried this book while browsing. Good but slow moving in some places.

Loved the idea of this book but not necessarily the writing There were parts I loved and parts I hated. It seemed to end weird too as if the author didn't know how to wrap it up... It was just okay for me,

Little slow on the start, but the story has some fun twists and picks up steam.
