Such an insightful work. I started meditating (TM) and stopped taking adderall for my ADHD, when I was 17. Listeningthrough this book, just the first time has allowed me to understand my feelings, and reactions, as well as those of others, more than I; or I’m sure any of my ex girlfriends, ever thought possible. Also, Daniel does a pretty excellent job narrating it. Thank You!
