Great knowledge from a very credible source. His experiences give a great insight into what it takes to be prepared for any adverse situation. Very interesting read.

Pretty good book overall: practical in any situation, I will definitely re listen. Took a star off for the author not condemning assault rifles (not saying hand guns or hunting rifles) sold freely all around US for anyone without proper check up. As a Navy SEAL, he should know how dangerous it is to sell military grade weapons for mass destruction for civilian consumption.
