Unabridged Audiobook
Good book. I listened to it on audio. I listened, ironically, at 2.5x speed. Some of my notes to remember: - Time blocking - Routine stacking - One thing at a time - Take a break and go outside for a walk when your brain feels stuck. - Calculate the time you think a task will take you. Then double it. I follow the GoodReads rating system (3=good, 5=phenomenal life-changing) not the Amazon one (only 5 is acceptable.)
Similar to Deep Work, but now about being slower. Not very applicable to a lot of fields, action steps are nice but not super actionable. I am glad I listened to the book, but it was hard to take much away.
