Summary
A sexy, why choose, British hero, second chance romance from bestselling author Abby Millsaps. Nothing more.

When I met British billionaire Kabir Spencer at Splice London, he promised me an unforgettable night and nothing more. One night turned into a string of satisfying encounters, each one hotter than the last.

As our dynamic evolved, Spence helped me explore a side of myself I didn’t know existed until the moment I uttered the words Yes, Sir.

But I kept our boundaries clear. While he could have my body, he couldn’t have my heart.

Then my secrets and my sorrow became too much to bear, and I well and truly broke.

But Spence didn’t leave.

He stayed, and he cared for me in all the ways I needed during my lowest lows.

Now, he’s come to my rescue once again, while also unceremoniously dropping a secret bomb on me when he showed up unexpectedly in North Carolina.

I know I have a lot of explaining to do to my current boyfriend, Levi, and my ex/stepbrother, Greedy, but I’ll have plenty of time to do it since all four of us are headed to a remote cabin for the holidays.

Levi. Greedy. Spence. And Me. All under one roof.

Nothing more didn’t last, clearly. But no one I love ever stays.

It’s probably for the best—I doubt the possessiveness and sizzling tension between the three men in my life will last before it explodes and starts to feel too real.

So Real is the second book in the Boys of South Chapel series. It is a steamy second chance, why choose romance that must be read in order. A full list of tropes and triggers can be found on the author’s website.

This is one emotional read/listen. This is the middle book in a trilogy so it doesn’t have a normal start or end, but it is a vital bridge (I hope) in the story. I am anxious to dive into book 3 but this one was just what was needed for the story. I feel like our characters needed the journey of this middle book to help them get to what I hope will be our glorious HEA in book 3. There are some twists that this one brought in that I can’t wait to see explored and concluded in the next book. I am loving the series so far and can’t wait for book 3.

So Real (Boys of South Chapel #2) is a why choose, second chance romance. This continuation picks up right where book one left off. You immediately are hit with so many emotions from these characters. I enjoyed Kabir’s caring nature, and dominating personality. Levi is fun, but also struggles with his own drama. Greedy may be my favorite so far. I love his connection with Hunter. The hook ups were spicy and, although I am not a fan of degradation, I think it was well written. I hate the cliffhanger, but I’m intrigued to see how it all plays out in the next book. Liam Dicosimo, Keval Shah, J. River Pierce and June DeBorahae all did a really great job narrating and bringing this story to life. I think they portrayed the characters well.
