Abridged Audiobook
Worth renting to get an idea as to whether you are comfortable with the method. Very easy to listen to.
This is a 6-week program, and is supposed to work through repeated listening, at least once a day, so I don't know if it would have worked had I kept the CD that long. Half of it contains suggestions on how to quit, and some of them are very good (replacing thoughts of smoking with the affirmation that I made a conscious choice to stop, learning to differentiate between a craving and a thought, visualisation while breathing, etc...) This first part should not be listened to while driving, I listened to it before bed the 2nd time and promptly fell asleep, it definitely helps one to relax. The other half contains music with subliminal messages, which may or may not be helpful. This might be a good CD if one owned it and could listen to it for the prescribed period of time.
