I have read all of Dave Asprey books and this one is like having an index of the leader’s in wellness all in one place
Over the years I have studied and tried various ways to increase performance and deal with disease and I still learned from this book. I got so much out of this one then I decided to get it in hardbacks copy too!

First, I felt Dave was an excellent narrator of his book. The book is full of interesting ideas to be SuperHuman. The book has so many interesting suggestions, that it is worth a read to give us all reasons to be conscious of our health. Each reader will have to decide for themselves whether to invest the time, money or personal adjustments to be SuperHuman. Several topics are well supported but poorly known by most who might read the book. To name a few, the importance of exercise, dietary habits and stem cell treatments are becoming better known AND applied throughout the medical community. SuperHuman is an introduction or reintroduction of healthy living practices. I hope many will read / listen to the book and decide for themselves, in consultation with their own medical providers, what ideas to incorporate into their lives.
Loved the book, but wish he would have used the narrator from his Bulletproof Diet book.
