Good insight is offered into food chain issues and how the American diet adversely affects health. After listening I have renewed inspiration to build up my garden and shop local. That said, it's a "pop" Christian book and Scripture used as proof texts to support her points in it often have little regard for Biblical context or authorial intent of the passages being referenced (similar to the style utilized by Rick Warren, so if you prefer Biblical teaching deeper than his you won't find it in this book).
