I’m an Emergency Department Nurse and this book was made for us! We often deal with very disgruntled people in a very high stress environment. This book has taught me how to maintain my professionalism and not become defensive. I no longer take on other people’s negativity, instead I focus on respect and empathy. I’m so much happier in my job. This should be mandatory for any ED employee.
