Unabridged Audiobook
Love the history discussion and conclusion, completely agree we could be more united! Did not appreciate some of the media bias and political party bashing that occurred. The only way for us to become united it to accept everyone as having something to contribute, regardless of your political or media interests.
It’s basically a 7 hour monologue by Dan Rather. Though released a few years ago, it’s even more relatable in the 2021 atmosphere.
insightful, right on the mark.
Great book with a positive narration of ideas. Will definitely share with others. (Sound was off though. I had to turn it up full blast to hear the voice. Not sure if anyone else found this issue.)
Educational, inspirational, and hopeful. And listening to Dan Rather share it made it priceless.
The narrator is terribly quiet. The book itself does not really talk about what unites anyone, except for perhaps progressive politics. This book promised to get to the bottom of what unites Americans as Americans, but repeatedly blamed only one particular party for all of the problems present in America, and ignored problems on both sides of the aisle.
