Unabridged Audiobook
I found the book extremely interesting, the story could take place anywhere, London, New York, Paris. Tells about life on the streets that I had no clue about. Then of course, bring Bob the cat into the picture and it makes so much more sense as to how James dragged himself up, out of the gutter and made a new life for himself. He had Bob depending on him so it wasn’t about him anymore, he had someone that needed him. Of course, being a “cat person” myself, I can so relate to some of Bob’s antics as I’ve experienced those same antics with my own cats. I’ve read both of James’s books and I’ve found them to be very uplifting and proves that with the right inspiration, anyone can succeed. Highly recommend.
I love these books. I’ve listened to both this and “A Street Cat Named Bob” multiple times, and have enjoyed them immensley. What a great story!
Up don't understand why I can't find an uncensored audible of this book. the first book was not censored. I don't want to have to hear a bleep. I love the narrator...ugh too bad.
