It’s a short enough listen to listen to over and over to help solidify the ideas. It’s good to as a listening meditation with journaling afterwards. I liked that the reader was authentic which made it relatable.

Very disappointing- Could actually hear the narrator sniffling and noises in the background. Lost interest- only listened to couple chapters.
